Building Immunity

During this time of year, it is especially important to keep Ojas (the life sap) strong, ensuring strong immunity during the cold winter and springtime when allergies abound.  During this class, we will review the foundations of Ayurveda and I will introduce you to simple practices, foods, and herbs that build immunity and bring balance.

This workshop will include a yoga and pranayama practice suitable for any level of practitioner.  A complete syllabus will be provided.

Yoga Props

We will be practicing Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation during the above classes, and yoga props are highly recommended for proper alignment and rejuvenation (blankets, blocks, and strap).  If you do not have yoga props, you can easily find replacements around your house like 2-3 bath towels, 2 hardcover books similarly sized, and a belt from your closet.  See you online.
