Ayurveda and Yoga are "Sister Sciences" that were first mentioned in the Vedas (first documents of India) over 5000 years ago. They have this distinction because they share the same philosophy (Sankhya), which is based on the elements found in the universe. During this class, I will introduce in detail this connection, its history, and we will practice a simple yoga sequence to balance the season.
