What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is the process of improveing health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. Yoga Therapy is derived from the Yoga tradition of Patanjali and the Ayurvedic system of health care and refers to the adaptation and application of Ayurvedic and Yoga techniques, and practices helping individuals facing health challenges at any level manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality, and improve attitude.
What are Yoga Privates?
Yoga privates are individual sessions where a yoga therapist prescribes specific regimens of postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to suit individual health concerns and needs.
What is Ayurvedic Yoga?
Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences that were first mentioned in the Vedas (oldest documents of India) around 5000 years ago. The yoga discipline (sadhana) and the Ayurvedic therapies (chikitsa) are two sides of the same coin, yoga is the ultimate balance of the mind and Ayurveda is the Indian holistic health system that brings harmony and balance to the physical body, mind, and spirit.

At Three Seasons Ayurveda we practice the teachings of BKS Iyengar who developed a system of yoga that addresses individual needs based on age, health conditions, limitations and over ability, and we use yoga props to helps each student find correct alignment and during a class or a yoga private sessions, specific sequencing and timing are used that develops strength, mobility, stability, and an inner awareness and ultimate connection of body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga Private Sessions
Individual session- $125
Package of three- $360 ($120 each)
Package of five- $575 ($115 each)
Pack of ten- $1050 ($1050 each)
Yoga Home Practice and Syllabus- $190
During our appointment, I will design a sequence based on your individual needs and while you do the poses, I will take your picture and later will make you a personalize syllabus you can follow at home.
In-home sessions are available, and travel time is calculated at the time of booking.
Our Yoga practices bring needed physical activity, focus, balance, and groundedness, and with the studios closed, we can continue our practices on line.
I will be teaching the following classes via Zoom technology (), which is free and available on your computers, laptops, and phones.
