About the event
Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences first mentioned in the Vedas (oldest documents of India) around 3500 BC. Ayurveda is the holistic medical system of India and explains how our inter-relationship with nature's cycles, rhythms, and patterns affect our daily lives, and by understanding the energetics that are in and around us can bring perfect health and harmony.
