Ayurvedic Evaluation- $375
The Ayurvedic Evaluation includes two appointments. The first (Initial Consultation) is two hours and is done in person or virtually. This begins with an introduction to Ayurveda, followed by an Ayurvedic physical examination that includes evaluations of the pulse, tongue, nails, palms, and eyes, as well as basic Western medical diagnostics, which help establish your true nature. We review all information in the Health History paperwork (below), including long- and short-term mental, emotional, and spiritual characteristics and tendencies. All Western medical tests (including blood tests, x-rays, etc.) can be submitted for review and consideration.

The second appointment (Report of Findings) is a two-hour session that can be conducted virtually or in person. Here, I present the results of your evaluation and include your constitution (Prakruti), your current state of health (Vikruti), all your Ayurvedic barometers (agni, ama, ojas, etc.), and a proposed treatment program tailored to your health concerns, and includes food and lifestyle recommendations, suggested herbs. Please note that needed supplies and herbal medicines are additional.

Journey to Health Package- $595 (10% savings)
The Journey to Health package includes the above foundational appointments and three additional follow-up sessions. During these sessions, we review your progress and address any challenges you may be facing. Then, I will introduce you to practices and therapies based on the five senses (sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing). These sessions are tailored to your specific goals and needs, and may include cooking, meditation, pranayama, yoga, aromatherapy, and products you can use at home for daily balancing practices. Bodywork therapies are additional.
Panchakarma- $875 (Body Therapies Additional)

Your panchakarma cleanse program begins with an initial consultation (as described above), followed by a kitchari class and instructions for all practices you perform at home during your cleanse. The first few days are allocated for pre-cleansing (preparation), adjusting your diet, and preparing for your detox and rejuvenation. This is followed by three days of internal oilation (ingestion of ghee or oil), which releases toxins stored in the body. During the cleanse, body therapies are administered either by me in the clinic (at an additional cost) or you can perform an Abhyanga (lymphatic) massage at home (instructions and oils are supplied). These facilitate the movement of toxins from tissues to the colon for removal during purgation. You complete your cleanse at home by administering internal bastis (medicated enemas) that remove excess Vata dosha while rehydrating and rejuvenating the body.
At the end of your cleanse, we help you transition back to your regular life and diet and schedule your "Report of Findings" appointment. I will provide you with all pertinent Ayurvedic information, including Prakruti, Vikruti, and your Dinacharya (daily practices), to guide you in making informed decisions about food, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations, among other considerations.

Finally, a week later, you have a follow-up appointment to review your transition and discuss your path forward.
All supplies (except fresh vegetables) are furnished, including moong beans, basmati rice, medicated and cooking ghee, your doshic spice blend, herbal detox formulas, medicinal cleansing tea, nasya, and abhyanga oil, a cleansing aromatherapy mister, and basti supplies. You will be supplied with a personalized notebook with in-depth instructions, schedules, recipes, and supporting documents. In addition to your in-person appointments, you will have access to unlimited phone and email support. You are also welcome to attend my weekly online yoga and pranayama classes at no extra charge.

Bliss Therapy Day- $425 (4 hours)
In Yoga and Ayurveda, Bliss is defined as the emergence and balancing of the body, mind, and spirit. Your four-hour bliss day begins with an Abhyanga massage, which removes toxins from the tissues and relaxes the body. This is followed by Shirodhara treatment, which involves streaming warm, medicated oil over the third eye region on the forehead, quieting the mind and bringing calmness and balance. Finally, you conclude with a medicated steam tent session, which helps remove toxins and allows the oils to integrate naturally into the body.

Ayurvedic Facial with Nasya, Essential Marma Points, and Sound Therapy
Your session starts with nasal flushing, followed by a respiratory inhalant and medicated nasya (nasal) therapy. Next, you have a hand and foot herbal oil massage with marma points and heat therapy.
