Ayurvedic Evaluation- $375 (In-person or Virtual)
The Ayurvedic Evaluation includes two appointments. The first (Initial Consultation) begins with an introduction to Ayurveda, followed by an Ayurvedic physical examination that includes evaluations of the pulse, tongue, nails, palms, and eyes, as well as basic Western medical diagnostics, which help establish your true nature. We review all information in the Health History paperwork (below), including long- and short-term mental, emotional, and spiritual characteristics and tendencies. All Western medical tests (including blood tests, x-rays, etc.) can be submitted for review and consideration.

The second appointment (Report of Findings) is where I present the results of your evaluation and include your constitution (Prakruti), your current state of health (Vikruti), all your Ayurvedic barometers (agni, ama, ojas, etc.), and a proposed treatment program tailored to your health concerns, including food, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations. Please note that the needed supplies and herbal medicines are additional.
Panchakarma

Panchakarma, meaning "five actions," is an Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation modality that has been practiced for thousands of years. This practice is typically performed during the transitions of the seasons, but can be designed at any time when an individual is out of balance or when addressing specific health concerns. Typically, a full panchakarma lasts a minimum of 10 days, but shorter mini cleanses or reboots can be designed to balance digestive issues and instill regularity in the schedule.
All programs are designed to meet your specific needs and conditions. Although checking into a panchakarma center is ideal, you can also perform it from home, maintaining your usual schedule, but it does require making time to be present on your cleanse path to achieve the desired results.
Whether you start with a reboot or a full panchakarma, your path begins with an initial consultation to determine your constitution, goals, and imbalances. At this meeting, you will collect all your Ayurvedic supplies and receive instructions on how to prepare kitchari and perform your holistic practices.
Prices begin at $325 for a five-day reboot and increase based on the length of the cleanse and the additional recommended body therapies. All necessary Ayurvedic products are provided, except for the fresh vegetables you will purchase as needed.
Please contact me to arrange a phone call for an introduction to the process and to discuss your goals.
