Herbal Practitioner Program

Many herbal professionals and practitioners prefer to design and supply their clients with "client-specific" formulas, and Three Seasons Ayurveda produces handmade herbal churnas, teas, tinctures, capsules, medicated ghees and oils, and stocks many Ayurvedic products for your clients.

 

All orders and formulations are handled by Jeff Perlman, a Nama Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, a graduate of the International Integrative Herbal College, a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild, and a professional member of the  National Association of Nutritional Professionals.

 

Three Seasons Ayurveda stocks over 100 organic, wildcrafted, and professionally sourced Ayurvedic, Western, and Chinese herbs and spices, and all orders are handled and formulated with the greatest care and love. They are labeled and shipped directly to your clients. I will also work with you to develop your proprietary formulas, or you can pick from many I have used for years.

I offer herbal consultations for $45, which requires filling out the "Herbal Consultation Form" below with your client's health history, current medications, supplements, and herbals before our virtual appointment. I will supply all herbal information and protocols in writing.

How the system works:

• When placing an order, download or print the "Herbal Order Form" and submit your order to jeff@tsayurveda.com​.  Please get in touch with me with any questions or need help with this form.​

​

• If you want to book an herbal consultation, please complete the "Herbal Consultation Form" and forward it to jeff@tsayurveda.com. Upon receipt, I will contact you to schedule the appointment.​

​

• You can download or print my full Ayurvedic store and herbal inventory Here.

​

• All shipping is via USPS.  One and two-day shipping is available on request; the minimum shipping charge is $6.

​

• Once your order is received, I will review it and contact you with any questions.  I will then send the final invoice with shipping charges and payment link for your review, and once paid, your order will be shipped out.

​

• All orders are packaged in bottles or sealable bags with personalized labels with your company name, contact information, client name, formula type or name, ingredients, dosage, instructions, and date.

​

• Once shipped, your email is assigned for all tracking notifications.

Capsules: Denominations of 100:

Triphala & Digestive Formulas: 22¢ ea.

All Others (except below): 25¢ ea.

Shilajit, Guggulu’s, Kutki, Saffron, Boswellia, Vidanga, and Chinese Herbs: 33¢ ea.

Churna (powders): Per oz. (4oz. min.):

Triphala, Digestive Formulas, and Spice Blends: $4.50 per oz.

All Others (except below): $5 per oz.
