Panchakarma & Bliss Therapies

Panchakarma Therapies

What is Detoxification & Rejuvenation

Purification is the process of removing toxic substances and contaminants, or making something spiritually or ceremonially clean. Rejuvenation, on the other hand, is the process of giving new energy or vigor.

What is Bliss Therapies

Bliss Therapies encompasses all bodywork modalities that rejuvenate and nourish the body, mind, and soul. Done individually or as a package, they include Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara (mind-calming treatment), Nasya (Nasal & Respiratory Treatment), and Svedhana (herbal steam tent), which removes toxins (Ama) and brings the body, mind, and spirit into a deep place of stillness or restoration.

Panchakarma

Panchakarma, meaning "five actions," is an Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation modality that has been practiced for thousands of years.  This practice is typically performed during the transitions of the seasons, but can be designed at any time when an individual is out of balance or when addressing specific health concerns.  Typically, a full panchakarma lasts a minimum of 10 days, but shorter mini cleanses or reboots can be designed to balance digestive issues and instill regularity in the schedule.

All programs are designed to meet your specific needs and conditions. Although checking into a panchakarma center is ideal, you can also perform it from home, maintaining your usual schedule. Still, it does require making time to be present on your cleanse path to achieve the desired results.

Whether you start with a reboot or a full panchakarma, your path begins with an initial consultation to determine your constitution, goals, and imbalances. At this meeting, you will collect all your Ayurvedic supplies and receive instructions on how to prepare kitchari and perform your holistic practices.

Prices begin at $325 for a five-day reboot and increase based on the length of the cleanse and the additional recommended body therapies. All necessary Ayurvedic products are provided, except for the fresh vegetables you will purchase as needed.

Please contact me to arrange a phone call for an introduction to the process and to discuss your goals.

What is Panchakarma

Bliss Therapy Day- $425

In Yoga and Ayurveda, Bliss is defined as the harmonious integration and balance of the body, mind, and spirit. Your bliss day begins with a ninety-minute warm oil Abhyanga massage, which helps move toxins out of the tissues and relaxes the body. Next, "Nasya" (nasal treatment) cleanses the nasal passages, lubricates the sinuses, and moisturizes the respiratory system. This is followed by Shirodhara treatment, which involves streaming warm, medicated oil over the third eye region on the forehead, quieting the mind and bringing calmness and balance.  Finally, you finish with a medicated steam tent session, which aids in the removal of toxins and allows the oils to integrate naturally into the body.
