Upon arrival at Manaltheeram, you will meet with your Ayurvedic doctor, who will evaluate and develop your PK/Rejuvenation program based on your health concerns and goals. In addition to me, they will be your daily contact and will monitor your progress. Please share the following information (optional) with me so I can best serve you during your retreat.

Are you being treated for any medical conditions, and which?

Do you have any allergies?

Are you taking medications, and which ones and at what dosage?

What are your goals, and what would you like to achieve with your Ayurvedic-Yoga retreat?

Do you have any injuries or considerations you would like to share with me that might affect your yoga practice? (high blood pressure, lower back, sciatica, etc.)

Please share anything else about yourself and/or your trip wishes that you would like me to know.

During our retreat, I will be allocating time for talks related to Ayurveda, health, yoga, and philosophy, so please let me know if there are any subjects you would like covered.
