Roasted Squash Seeds


Squashes are gourds and are in the Cucurbitaceae family. All squash seeds are edible and are rich in protein, omega fatty acids, fiber, minerals and vitamins, and antioxidants. Ayurvedically they are sweet, bitter and they are cooling in nature.
