Squash Seeds are delicious, nutritious, and yummy when baked crispy. Squashes are gourds and belong to the Cucurbitaceae family. Their edible seeds contain protein, omega fatty acids, fiber, minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. Ayurvedically, they are sweet, bitter, and cooling in nature.
