This unique tea, known for its energetic cooling properties rather than its temperature, is beneficial for all constitutional types, particularly when consumed after meals. It's a blend of Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel seeds, each of which has a soothing effect on the digestive and urinary systems.
Cumin Seed
Cumin treats digestive weaknesses, gas, bloating, colic, and headaches. It acts as a healthy appetizer, a digestive aid, and helps cleanse the blood.

Coriander Seed
It is a beneficial remedy for various Pitta-related digestive and urinary disorders. It enhances digestion and absorption, making it suitable for treating diarrhea and dysentery.

Directions: Mix equal amounts of these three seeds. To use, scoop two teaspoons of seeds per cup. Add hot water and allow to steep for 5 minutes before straining and drinking. An easy way to make this tea is to mix a batch of the seeds, store them in a jar, and use a mesh tea ball for the seeds when you want to make a cup.
