Weekly Pranayama

Picture1.png

Starting on Sunday

January 1st, 2023

8-8:45 am PDT

I love pranayama because it brings presence, introspectiveness, and awareness.  It is the fourth of the eight limbs (steps) of the Yoga tradition which was documented by Patanjali around 400 BC.

Prana is the permeating energy of the universe: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  It means breath, life, vitality, energy, or strength, and Ayama is defined as expansion, regulation, prolongation, or control.  Pranayama is breath control or conscious breathing.

Please join me on Sunday mornings for this weekly class that I guarantee will change your life.
