Three Seasons Ayurveda was established in 2010 and is a full-service Holistic Health Practice located in Santa Monica, California. 

 Three Seasons Ayurveda is based on the beliefs of

the traditional medical system of India, and offers Ayurvedic Evaluations and Consultations, Nutritional, Dietary, and Purification Programs, Massage, Marma and Aromatherapy, Yoga Instruction and Therapy, Holistic Cooking classes, and has a Licensed Herbal Pharmacy.

Jeff studied nutrition before graduating from the Cordon Bleu and worked as a professional chef for many years.  After an injury and health concern, he turned his attention to holistic medicine and path, and became a Certified Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner, Panchakarma Specialist, Certified Massage-Marma Therapist, Registered AHG Herbalist, Iyengar Yoga instructor, and is a Certified IAYT and Ayuryoga Therapist.
