A regular cleanse or reboot is more important than ever, as our bodies continually handle an overwhelming flow of both beneficial and detrimental inputs, both physically and mentally. Over time, toxicity can build up, and before you know it, you may feel imbalanced.
This five-day digestive reboot is designed to give your body a break, reset your digestive system, and bring some regularity and clarity to your schedule. It is also a good introduction to the concepts and benefits of Panchakarma.
When planning a reboot or cleanse, it's best to choose a time when you can step back a bit and do less. While you can keep your usual schedule, you'll benefit from selecting a time when you can reduce responsibilities, as well as limit running around, errands, and social events.
You start your reboot journey with an initial consultation, either in person or on Zoom, where I provide you with your products and review your schedule. Then I teach you how to prepare the Ayurvedic foods you'll eat for the five days and give you instructions for your meditation and pranayama practices.
All the Ayurvedic products you need are provided, except for fresh vegetables, and a shopping list will be supplied ahead of time. During your cleanse, you are welcome to join my online yoga classes. On the fifth day, we will have a Zoom appointment to discuss your transition back to your regular diet.
During your five-day reboot, you follow a detailed notebook that includes your daily schedule, food guidelines and recipes, instructions for daily practices, herbal remedy breakdowns, and related articles about the products I supply.

Included with your Reboot:
• Notebook with schedule, instructions, dietary guidelines, recipes, and articles.
• Two appointments (In-person/ Zoom)
Kitchari cooking lesson.
• Tongue scrapper & French press
• Ghee and/or Flax oil for internal oileation
• Cleanse Tea, detox and tonic capsules
• Moong, basmati rice, and quinoa
• Doshic spice blend and mineral salt
Other Considerations: It is highly recommended to gradually reduce or eliminate caffeine, tobacco, and alcohol, as well as processed foods, meat, refined sugars, and sweets, and to avoid digestive inhibitors like ice water and cold drinks, which can disrupt the digestive fire. During the cleanse, it is recommended to engage in less taxing activities, such as gentle yoga, daily walks or hikes, and time in nature.
Five-Day Reboot is $325
Optional, but highly suggested is to add an Abhyanga massage on the third day- $175
