Bone Oil

Abhyanga (massage) is a fundamental therapy in Ayurveda that helps move toxins toward elimination while nourishing the skin and balancing and grounding the body, mind, and spirit connection.  Osteoporosis oil is formulated specifically to support bones and connective tissues.

You can apply oils at room temperature, but it is very nice to warm the oil first by placing the bottle in a cup and then adding hot water.

Directions:

·   Warm the oil bottle by placing it in a mug of hot water (optional but recommended)

·   Massage the oil onto your entire body for 5-15 minutes, beginning at your extremities and working toward the middle of your body. Use long strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints.

·   Massage the scalp to rejuvenate the mind and nervous system.

·   After applying oils, leave them on the body for 20 minutes (a good time for meditation and/or pranayama), then shower or bathe with minimal soap.

·   This practice can be done in the morning or evening.
