Almond Milk

Almond milk is pretty quick and easy to make. Almonds are a fantastic, nutrient-dense energy food. They are an excellent source of healthy fats, fiber, protein, Vitamin E, magnesium, copper, vitamin B2, manganese, and phosphorus. I like to process it with a few dates to increase its positive pranic power.
