Ayuryoga for immunity combines Ayurvedic principles and yogic practices to strengthen the body's natural resilience and boost immunity. This holistic approach focuses on the mind-body connection, improving digestion, balancing doshas, and reducing stress. According to Ayurveda, strong immunity is known as Ojas.
BKS Iyengar developed Iyengar Yoga and uses specific therapeutic asana sequences that support the immune system by reducing stress, improving circulation of blood and lymph, benefiting the respiratory system, and bringing balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
