marma points

Urdvha Ganda Marma points are used in pranayama practice, and marma is an ancient Indian practice that connects 107 vital energy points in the body. It manipulates subtle energy (prana) and accesses the body's inner pharmacy (chakras), supporting healing at all levels of awareness —physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Urdvha Ganda

Urdvha Ganda enhances the flow of prana vayu and is used when practicing digital pranayama, which involves manipulating the flow of breath through each nostril.

Furthermore, it alleviates respiratory stress, congestion, and a runny nose, opens the sinuses, promotes bronchodilation, and releases suppressed emotions and anxiety.  It is used for nosebleeds, asthma attacks, and colon dysfunction.
